I have been trying to lose the same 25 pounds for almost 2 years now. In 2007, I began my weight loss journey at 252 pounds. I changed my diet to get rid of processed foods, and started exercising regularly. I did lose 75 pounds, and I've kept it off, but my initial goal was to lose 100 pounds. I know this is when I need to step it up and give it my best effort. I'm ready to hold myself accountable for how much I'm eating, and skip the treats. I will reach my goal, and I will own this!

My Goals:
Learn to only enjoy sweets for special occasions, not daily/weekly. Work in more strength training to my exercise time. Stay positive about what I have accomplished so far.
My Program:
I am eating healthy: Whole grains, adding more fruits and veggies, trying to consume more dairy, and eating vegetarian style 2-3 days a week. My food philosophy is about simplicity and cooking from basic, natural ingredients. I usually maintain a 2.5-3 hour a week cardio exercise schedule, using my elliptical trainer and jogging/walking. I need to up the strength training from once a week to at least twice.
