My Goals:
I need to lose 30 more lbs to be at a healthy weight! I want to run a half-marathon! I want to hike the Appalachian Trail. I want to be comfortable in my skin and be satisfied with my comforts!
My Program:
I run mostly every morning and alternate some mornings with strength training using dumbbells and kettleball as well as resistance bands. Three times a week I do zumba (I will do more than this during winter months) in the evenings. I love to golf! I rest one day a week - which is usually devoted to yard work! I watch my calories - maxing at 1500 a day.
Personal Information:
I am originally from Georgia and now live in Springfield, OH. Mother of three kids, I work full-time and my kids are extra-active with outside recreational sports. I live in the country and we have a small animal farm. We love all animals and nature. God has blessed us!
Other Information:
I love all of the seasons and the 'things' that come with the seasons - yes, that includes the seasonal foods as well. I've learned that I cannot deny myself my favorites and that true willpower comes when I can stop myself from binging on my favorites and incorporate my favorites, in small portions, with daily, healthy eating!
