My Goals:
To adjust my daily routines and eating habits to reflect healthy choices. I am looking forward to this challenge!!

My Program:
As a member of Anytime Fitness... I have NO excuses when it comes to "finding the time" ... right! I am working out 4-5 times per week for 1 1/2 hours.

Personal Information:
Married and mom of two awesome kids! I enjoy being active with my family; we enjoy jogging and playing golf together.

Other Information:
Life is full of challenges and I enjoy conquering them. It is important to remember to keep the fun in whatever you are doing.

hi emily, i too am from albany and belong to anytime fitness. not that i use my membership like i should. i have just started back this month, but not like i should. where in albany are you? do you work out with hubby? lets loose our behind in 2009. wishing you a happy new year and healthy life style.

I have now lost 165 pounds.
You can loose that 30 pounds too. Small changes will start to add up. Spark People has some amazing article that will teach you how to make those changes.
