    I'll definitely keep you posted. I too have experimented with runnerworld.com, womenshealthmag.com, etc. to try to find my caloric intake recommendations. Every single one says something different. But the start seems to be around 900-1350 calories a day. Lower if you're going for losing weight, higher to maintain.

    I eat about 8 meals a day.

    Breakfast (7-9am)
    After breakfast snack (10am)
    Lunch (11:30-12:30)
    After lunch snack (1-1:30)
    Another snack (2:30-3)
    Sometimes another snack (4pm)
    Dinner (5-6)
    After dinner snack (6:30-7pm)

    I have those same burning questions. Believe me! SP tells me the same ranges and yes they're the minimum.

    I usually hover around 800-1000 calories a day and I just started increasing my fat and protein intake. I was getting about 7-9g fat and like 20g protein (I don't really eat meat...like ever). Tuesday i started and I'm now up to 65-85g protein and still around 10-15g fat. I'm trying! I've upped my calories but still only manage ~900. I'm scared if I eat any more I'll gain but the increase in protein and fat and adding more water in just 3 days has made me lose weight AND start to get my abs back. I think I'm just going to have to experiment.

    My goal is to stay around 1000-1200 calories w/ 15-25g fat and 70-90g protein.

    Of course once I'm running again I'll try for 1200-1350 calories.

    I thought you were just asking IF I track it, which I do. But you're correct, it's currently private. Did you have questions about it?
