My name is Emily. I am a 36 year old massage therapist, artist and mother of two young children. I joined this site to assist me in making some profound changes this year. My dreams are coming true. The main one is that I am buying my first house and relocating to a different state in June of 2013. The house is in a new cohousing development in Portland, Oregon, and it is currently being built. Meanwhile, my husband and I own property that he inherited in Napa, California that needs a lot of work before we can rent it out. It is full of potential that needs clarity of vision. The second is that I have a work life to reimagine with ths move. To implement these changes, I am aligning my body and my mind into a strong and balanced organism. I am already a lean and powerful woman. I continually improve my healthy habits. This is a chronicle of that experience.

My Goals:
*for October* - reach 139 pounds on home scale - drink 64+ ounces of water daily. -get studio rented out -run 3 miles on pavement in under 30 minutes - continue one year to an organized life Office chapter *for September* - completed triathlon on September 8th. Got studio painted and recarpeted. Got down to 139 pounds (though I didn't stay there.) drank 64+ ounces of water daily.
My Program:
- 40 minutes of weights and 15 min. Of interval training, followed by stretching and meditation on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays - running a 10 min/mile pace on Mondays and Wednesdays, slowly increasing the distance from 1 to 6 miles.

Finding, creating and ENJOYING beauty always.
