My Goals:
My goal is to become a new and healthy person by this time next year. July 2009

My Program:
My program is going back to the basics...fruits, vegetables, lean protein. I've cut out the junk and fast foods, which has helped a lot. Oh...don't forget the miracle weight loss drink.. good old fashioned water. This has really made a big difference.

Other Information:
I love to read and have fun :) I have a vampire fetish so I love anything dealing with vampires. My two favorite authors are Sherrilyn Kenyon (the author goddess) and Laurell K. Hamilton

Welcome to the 100 Plus Club, Carol! We're glad you found us. What keeps me, and lots of others, from being overwhelmed with the larger number is to break it down into 10%, 20% or 25% increments. When you reach that goal, set your tracker for the next % of your new weight. That way you don't get so overwhelmed AND you're reaching obtainable goals which is always motivating!
