Welcome to the 100 Plus Club, Carol! We're glad you found us. What keeps me, and lots of others, from being overwhelmed with the larger number is to break it down into 10%, 20% or 25% increments. When you reach that goal, set your tracker for the next % of your new weight. That way you don't get so overwhelmed AND you're reaching obtainable goals which is always motivating!
