The Never Ending Battle :( ... lol
Geez just when i was ready to get back to SP and was planning my weight loss programe, i found out that i was 9 weeks pregnant! At the moment i'm in my 20th week. Funny but it seems like the perfect time to be actually planning a weight loss programe now. But it can only start after the delivery and when my doc gives me the all clear. Still, i think it's a blessing i'll have the time to research and plan a great programe that'll have me eating right from now on so that i'll be healthy and ...

Funny but it seems like the perfect time to be actually planning a weight loss programe now. But it can only start after the delivery and when my doc gives me the all clear. Still, i think it's a blessing i'll have the time to research and plan a great programe that'll have me eating right from now on so that i'll be healthy and would have put on the right kinda weight while pregnant. Also when the time comes, i won't have to struggle with the 'extra bad fats'! I've never done yoga but am thinking of starting on a pre-natal yoga programe as a 'warm up' for whats to come. So looking forward to a lifetime weight loss success and a whole new life with my coming bundle of joy and a new, healthy family lifestyle change. 2nd Sept 2011 Hi! I'll be 39 this June and i've like wanted to lose weight a million zillion times but never kinda stuck to it. Now is the time .. REALLY ... time for that to happen. I want to lose 20 lbs and man ... that has been a hell of a challenge! So today, i've decided (its friday 18 the April today) ... come monday i'm going to join a yoga or dance class and attend at least 3 times a week. Lets see how i'll look like in 1 month ;). Part 2 (2/2/2009) Ok i didnt make it happen in 2008 and kept falling off the wagon. My weight just couldn't even hit 140 lbs. It kept yo-yoing between 145 -143-147-145 lbs. Guess what? It's at 140 lbs as of today and i'll be damned if i don't look fab by 40 in June! Just 5 months to go but this has to be the real deal coz there isn't much time left and i cant afford to slack. ! 130 lbs (125 lbs if possible by June) will be the greatest gift i've even given myself. Actually i owe to myself to look the best i can. It's in my power to do so, so if i fail, i've failed myself! I know it's been a tough challenge ... losing weight and more importantly keeping it off, is tough as hell but i'll only live this one life so if i ever want to look great in a red hot sexy number, this is the one lifetime that'll ever be possible. So here's to 125/130 lbs! (Part 3) 7/22/2010 3rd time lucky? Dang! I hope so!

My Goals:
1. To lose 20 lbs n weigh in at 125 lbs (120 lbs wud be better ;)) & to maintain that weight. 2. To excercise a min of 3 times a week for the first month then increase to 5 times a week. 3. To look physically good in anything i choose to wear w/o too much 'spare tires' hanging out.
My Program:
As I have a 1 yr old little princess, time is not my own so I figured the best thing is to steal a 10 mins workout here and there whenever I can and build it up whenever time permits.
