Just trying to lose weight and be healthy!

I am trying to lose over 100 pounds...mainly to improve my health in the long run. I am a cyclist and have walked a half marathon (Fell short of the full marathon because of blisters) and all this at my current weight which I have been for about 9 years. I also do west coast swing dancing. I am an avid knitter and reader. Currently 32, single, and have no kids (which I would like in the future so I better get my body in line now :_) ).

Are you from the KC area? We do lots of different types of dancing, butit's all mainly country circuit. I enjoy the WCS more then I use to. It was one of the hardest dances for me to wrap my brain around!
