I Know I Can!!!
Hey!
My name is Sarah, and I'm trying to lose weight for a few reasons: 1. For a happier me, 2. For my family and friends, 3. For that special someone. :)
I can't honestly say that I've struggled with my weight all my life, I gained it during a long bout of depression. I've never been much of a snacker, but the amount of exercise I did declined while I was depressed and now I'm stuck in a lethargic rut. I took kick-boxing as a summer class a few year ago, and I still ...

My program consists of jogging 1-5 miles per day, soccer, martial-arts, a little bit of gymnastics, eating right, and drinking loads of water. :)
