30 day challenge

Over a year ago I went from 228 down to 175. I was so excited but never reached my ultimate goal of 150. A lot has happened in the last year but I've creeped back up to 187.5. EW... so today I started my own 30 day challenge. For 30 days I will challenge myself to do 30 minutes of some kind of exercise, And I will eat right and log my food daily.

It's time to get back on track! Any help is much needed!!

it's ok...ur gonna have those bad days! i do too!! believe it or not...there are days that I DON'T log!! lol life is crazy, u get too busy, ur running around, picking kids up...i get it! U just gotta make sure that you are able to get right back into the groove the next day and not turn ONE bad day into Many!! AH HA, tip of the day!!! lol talk to ya soon! Lisa
