My ultimate goal is to be between 192-215LBS by the beginning of 2011. I have figured out that if I lose on average 4-8lbs a month, I will be close to my goal if not completely there.
My mini goal is to be at least 299LBS by August 2010
Im modifying my lifestyle change this year. Im sparking, weight watching & trying Biggest Loser ideas all at once. All encourage exercise, fruits & veggies, lean meats & motivation. So I definitely shouldnt fail. I have a PLAN A, B & C. Always have a backup
Exercising at least 30 minutes 5-7 days a week I need to start off slow & build my way up again No weight training yet
Drinking 64-128 oz of water a day
No soft drinks. Reward myself with a new wardrobe by the time I have dropped 2 sizes
I make love to WATER!! lol It's my best friend after Jesus & my husband of course
