I have had a chronic sprained ankle since I was 13, got a hairline fracture in the other a few years ago, and also have a knee I've had surgery on that still has some issues... if I can do this with these limitations ( and i started when I was still 337!), most people will be happy to find they can too! ( all of the programs I have used of thiers have modifers, which in my opinion, many other workout systems sorely lack, a wonderful help!)

In the past year i've lost 55 pounds and am looking forward to loosing at least 100 more. The journey is slow, but I know is worth it! :)

I have been using a combination of TurboFire, TurboJam, ChaLEAN Extreme, & Zumba as my workouts.. I also have an office with a door @ work, so I am able to crank up the Ipod a bit, and dance around on breaks etc..... thanks to the knowledge off my bodybugg (gowearfit) I have learned I can burn 400-500 calories for just about 10 songs worth of moving! Such a motivational thing! :)

I am working on this weight loss journey for a plethora of reasons.... I am sick of hiding emotionally, spiritually and physically beneath this flubber suit! I want the things God has for me in this life, and intend to work hard to get them. ;)

I am a christian, uterally in love with my Lord Jesus...but also, He made me rather quirky with a melancholy, creative side... love music with a PASSION and one of my goals as i loose it be work on getting better on my guitar so by the time I am more comfortable weight wise, if God so chooses to bless that creative avenue, He can without me getting in the way. :)

Also LOVE the creative, unique expression of tattoo's... I have 5! Paint fairy and angel art.. adore my cats and best friend's dogalloo...

If you have any questions about the workouts I've been doing, would love to be of help! I am addicted to them, they are so inspiring and fun! :)

My Goals:
*Get to 270 ~ reached 3/11 :)

*Get to my lowest adult weight again, of 248

*Achieve 100 pounds lost since I started this journey 5/09 by reaching 237

* Reach 199, which will be a HUGE milestone for me!

* Reach 175

* Achieve goal weight of 155!

My Program:
I started a year ago at 337 ( aka, Strawberry Puffalump! ) It mortifies me to know I got that high..HOWEVER I will NOT allow myself there again.. EVER.

Through changes in my food habits, and much Excercise ( Turbo Jam, ChaLEAN Extreme, Walk Away the Pounds, and hopefully SOON TurboFire) I have lost 50 pounds this past year.

I hope to ramp that up and loose at least twice that amount by next year!!!

I workout 4-6 times per week, with a combo of TJ, Walk Away the Pounds and dancing around my house/office

Strength Training Goal is 3 times per week, but need to get a bit better with that!!!

Personal Information:
I am 36, though most people think i am still in my 20's ;)

Love funky reds in my hair, Creative expression, MUSIC, Photography, art, poetry and most importantly, love my Lord Jesus with my entire being.

I am a rather funky personality, love to laugh and tend to find humour in odd places.. ;)
