    How did the evening turn out. I am sure it was fine. Don't be too hard on yourself when sometimes you make the not so healthy decisions because over time it gets easier and just becomes the way you are. It took a long time for most of us to get where we are today and to change that takes time as well. Just remember to set small easily obtainable goals to keep you moving forward and to gain reassurance in yourself! You can do it!

    I am actually doing great! The scale isn't dropping like I thought it would be I am not discouraged as I feel so much better and have so much more energy. My measurements are really showing a lot of progress and I have to wear a belt with all my pants and jeans. I am not going to buy any clothing until I have to or I am closer to my goal so I might have to invest in a new belt or two! Let me tell you it is a great feeling!!!

    I am very lucky though as each day I get at least 2 hours of exercise or so. I have five children and the oldest three love to play basketball with me. My 14 year old is darn good and really pushes me (humors me a lot in pretending my abilities can keep up with him as well!) and will go running with me and so on. They are great motivators and even take turns watching the little ones so I can get extra time in the evenings when I feel like it.

    Just think - this will be you soon! It is a wonderful feeling and I am never going to take it for granted again. I now realize that when i was younger I took my health and consistant weight for granted way too much!
