No it doesn't matter that they are not in high school sports yet! I just called it that for lack of anything better really. All that matters is that you are trying to be active with them.

Tennis is great. If you should join the team that would be a great activity to use on the challenge! In fact, I don't know a lot about tennis and would love to learn more. My goal is to get people on this team and because of my lack of knowledge on some sports it is great to have those who do on the team. I want it to be well balance and about all sports that people can participate in and be active in with their children, or friends, or co-workers or so on. I really should have came up with a better name but was having one of those not so great days with words! Ever had one - scary isn't it!!!

Hope you had a great day! Hope the tennis leasons went well. Have fun with it because from my experience my kids always learned faster and better when we made it fun! Now they can out do me in most sports, well the oldest one, but still tend to humor me!

No worries about taking your time ! I'm glad you're here and giving it a shot with us- I hope we can help you reach your goal! Don't forget to take pictures- I wish I had my starting weight pictures and I don't ! Even if you keep them just for you- oh so motivational! Hope we see you around lots!

Hey it's a step in the right direction! Moderation is the hardest thing to learn I think! I eat healthy but just not always in moderation is the problem! Each of us has our own bad habits to break to move forward on our journey and together we can help each other do this!

The hardest habit I had to break was that I did not eat at all until late in the afternoon and then look out! I never even took in a lot of calories really but it is just the wrong time to start taking calories in!!!

My day has actually been pretty good. Still didn't eat breakfast the way one should but i did manage a slice of toast. I have been doing much better but today was just one of those days where I just couldn't stomach the thought of eating this morning. I am still not hungry but I know I have to eat. I have to make sure to eat balanced every day as my body does this hoard thing because of my goofing thyroid and mega slow metabolim! If I maintain a good eating habits my body won't do the hoard thing as bad!
