Hello Spark World, My motivation is connected to my allergies - I found that when I went on a food plan to cure eczema = I started losing weight like mad. I had to eliminate white flour, high fructose syrup, white sugar and glutens from my diet. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. I have the energy to exercise now and am so glad I found SP. My weaknesses were/are: Coca Cola Classic Pizza Popcorn with butter ------------------------------------ My strengths: Determination Love sports and running My friends who encourage me!! ------------------------------------- My best healthy recipe: Hi protein CHEESECAKE Quickly in the blender: 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/4 c. buttermilk, 1 egg, a few drops vanilla, sweetener, 1 slice diet bread, 1 tsp oil Pour in a pie plate sprayed with PAM & bake for 25 min @ 325-350* Top with fruit & EAT IT ALL FOR LUNCH! (mmm...crushed pineapple or blueberries)

I am aiming for 10,000 steps a day on my pedometer. I am also watching the food intake & writing it down, asking myself: Are you really hungry or is this a 'tranquilzer meal, mindless and unnecessary?'
