I was introduced to this community by a MySpace friend, (thanks Yesi1211), back in 2/2008. I am definitely overweight, but don't yet feel committed(recently recommitted 2/2009). I have tried exercising in the past and I get all excited for the 1st few weeks and then slowly get off track. So I am going to pace myself and check out this page. I chose a profile pic that I hate. It makes my head look huge and my neck invisible. I want this pic to motivate me, to lose the lbs.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 20-50lbs. Live healthier and enjoy life to the fullest.

My Program:
I am working out 3-4 days a week, drinking 8 cups of water, walking more often, eater healthier. Watching less TV (and not eating in front of the TV).

Personal Information:
I am PR, from the boogie down Bronx, I grew up here. I am looking forward to losing the weight and living a healthier lifestyle. I love the outdoors and enjoy spending time with my family. I am a graduate student at Yeshiva Univ. studying fro my MSW.
