You wrote in a comment on one of my blogs that you too were having troubles staying off the scale. I found that writing down the days I allowed myself to weigh REALLY helped. I wrote the dates down on a piece of paper and keep the paper on my desk. The computer is the first place I go in the morning right after getting my coffee of course. And there's that paper to remind me if I can get on the scale or not. Its working for me. Just thought I would share.
Thanks for reading my blog. But I am no hero - except for the time I saw two dogs locked in a Lexus with the windows rolled all the way up and it was nearly 100 degrees. I didn't think twice before taking out the tire iron and smashing the windows on that car and getting those babies out of there and giving them some water. When the lady saw what I did to her car, she called the police and they ticketed HER for cruelty to animals. I did have to report the incident to my insurance company but they paid for the window and did not raise my rates. Erin 1944 days ago
