My Goals:
Is to lose weight et be better by 40 than I was at 20

My Program:
I am so large et though I am pretty light on my feet,I have decided to continue the Walk Away the Pounds program and use my freeweights. As the weight comes off then I will increase my excercise options. To try something different at this time would not be best considering I am trying to maintain a continuous lifestyle change.
