when i'm frustrated or bored. the one ticker that's always at the top of my lists, whether grocery, to do, or absent minded goals list is to get back into shape. From second grade until i graduated high school (in May 2007), i was extremely active in cheerleading (until 2004) and swimming (i was captain my senior year) and could eat pretty much anything. but now, i'm a senior in college and my car isn't running like brand new anymore. I've been spending my last three years eating, drinking, and drinking some more with very little, very random bursts of exercise in between. I really need to jump back on that bandwagon and ride it like a bull because my goal is to wear my high school graduation dress to college graduation (a great way of knowing i'm back in shape, right?).
i love to eat healthy but my weakness is generally something mass produced and stuffed with sugar, fat, and sodium. I prefer to swim but I'm really trying to work on a running routine as well. I have access to my college gym (which is beautiful) but need the motivation to get there!

My Goals:
- 30-40 pounds
- fit into h.s. graduation dress for my graduation in 2011 from Ship Univ.
- create a workout programs that i can keep up with and improve upon.


My Program:
- buy only groceries that follow a planned out meal schedule, allow for little slips like a cookie.
- start running/jogging at least a mile or two a day, and build upon it.
- restart my p90x and follow it.
- start strength training.



Personal Information:
i enjoying reading and writing, laughing with friends, sitting back and having a few beers with the guys, and swimming. :)

i really really like movies.

    Welcome to SP. It's a great site! Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Be sure and schedule a day for cardio so you have access to the "other exercises" page where the walking, housework, playing with children etc. are to be found. When you are done, set up your Appointment calendar to send you reminders and when they come, click on the link then fitness and just check them off as you do them. Such a great feature. Use your spark points page to help you use and learn all the fantastic tools we have at this site. Visit others pages and get to know them better. Again, welcome to a great site.
