Hello everyone! My name is Elysa. I'm 22, I have a 2 year old little girl, and I'm trying to lose baby weight. I've already lost 60 pounds, but my goal is to get back to what I weighed in high school (almost).
UPDATE 01/08/09: I've lost 11 pounds with SP. But, I'm looking to make a new me permanently. I'm setting short term goals, but now my ultimate goal is to fall in love with exercise. I want to get the shakes if I miss a day!! Lol I can't afford to fall of the wagon again, so I'm going to work on gluing my booty to the seat.
UPDATE: 22 DEC 09 I fell off the wagon... lol Anyway, I'm back on. I joined a gym and I've been going. My New Year's resolution will be to track EVERYTHING on SparkPeople like I used to do.
Personal Achievement Rewards:
190: Get My Hair Done (achieved; I have bangs again!!)

I would like to work up to 5 hours of exercise per week.
I would like to get down to 165 by Valentine's Day.
I would like to have more energy to keep up with Ava when she starts walking.
I didn't even come close to meeting my weightloss goal. I am not, however to upset. Well, I am, but what can you do? I've decided to do away with the weightloss end goal date entirely. It' sdone me no good, other than making me disappointed and depressed.
~Drink 8 cups of water per day.
~Stay within my caloric range.
~No more late night "snacking" (That doesn't get tracked!!)!!
~Keep up with my housework schedule.
I've changed my goal weight to 150 by next year. That way, I won't have all kinds of pressure to lose. :)
None of this is true anymore as of Nov09 :`(
I Strollacize 3 times a week, an hour each time. It is NOT easy. I thought it was going to be, but it is a super workout.
I try to go for a walk to the store or jump on the trampoline at least 3 times a weeks. I would like to walk every day, though.
