Hard work? Dedication? What???
I'm Sherry, I live in North Dakota, and I've struggled with my weight pretty much since before puberty. I have type 2 Diabetes, and high cholesterol and I'm working on lowering my overall weight and managing my diabetes better. I also have PCOS. I have type 2 Diabetes, and high cholesterol and I'm working on lowering my overall weight and managing my diabetes better. I also have PCOS. I have three beautiful children and a very loving husband who happens to be in the Air Force (which is why this southern girl is in North Dakota)! Though we are all gaming geeks, we try to be active as much as possible during the summer because once winter hits, there isn't much to do outside! haha! I enjoy crochet, reading, World of Warcraft (computer gaming), writing, music..I LOVE music. I'm trying to learn to knit! I'm starting a new job this year, for the first time in a few years so I'm beginning again with choices and decisions. Hard work and Dedication is the mantra of a particular Biggest Loser Coach...and perhaps I need to start listening to that...instead of making excuses and saying "I can't"!

My Goals:
Eat less junk (even if I'm in calorie range with it!) Eat more fresh veggies/fruits (the fruits are my struggle, I don't like fruit much!) Be a Better Friend! (This is one I really really need to work on. I'm a "bad" friend. I'm selfish. I don't keep up with people that I don't see often, ect).
My Program:
I don't have a program yet, I find the more that I try to fit into one mold, the less often I tend to actually do the work.

Whee! 205-200 Start--(1/8/13) 195 - New book(s) 185 - New WoW Pet 175 - New Craft Supplies 165 - New Clothes 155 - New Turtle (glass not real!) 145 - New Game 135 - New Pots and Pans 125 - A new Life! You'll notice I'm doing it by 10's here, mainly because my weight has so much fluctuation each week, I don't want to do 5's. Also, I included it all the way down to the recommended weight for height on my BMI chart, but, I will reevaluate that as I get closer to that end of the list!
