Thanks for stopping by my blog. fitbit is supposed to measure sleep by how much you do or do not move during the night. I'm still experimenting. Set it from normal to sensitive just now and will compare that for a few days. As for calorie burn, I'm not sure I'm the one to ask as I don't really track properly on SP (I only really track fitness minutes) and have nothing to compare the fitbit "findings" with. It is a nice little gadget though. I'm blown away by the fact that during a regular day, without additional effort, I only log between 3000 and 5000 steps. 1622 days ago
