My Goals:
-eat within my calories -lose 5% by early September - walk 28.3 miles in the Ultimate Hike this October - run a 5k in the Spring - run a 10k - run a half marathon and get a medal!!!
My Program:
I am working mostly on my diet. I have been eating poorly and impulsively to sabotage my progress. I can't believe it has come to this, eating bad things because I had a bad day and therefore making it worse. It's my goal to run the way my 4-year-old runs: wildly, while laughing!!! I've also been doing yoga, trail hiking, riding my bike, and going for family walks.
Personal Information:
I am a mom interested in photography, gardening, kayaking, hiking, and camping. I want to be an active role model for my son and to feel more confident about myself.
