Ha ha, I loved your assuage-your-fears self pep talk - kind of sounds like what's going on in my head, so it's nice to know other first-timers feel the same way! Best of luck to you this weekend!!! emoticon

Thanks for the comments on my blog - you are so sweet! And you're right - we are too hard on ourselves, why? My new favorite quote is a few lines from a song...
"I gotta couple dents in my fender, gotta couple rips in my jeans.
Try to fit the pieces together, but perfection is my enemy.
On my own I'm so clumsy, but on Your shoulders, I am free to be me.

So be you - and LOVE IT! :)

Thanks for the birthday wishes! I really do feel like this process is turning back time for me. I'm now at the weight I was 5 years ago and it feels sooo good :). I always love bumping into other people who are loving their journey too!

Thanks so much for the kudos! It's nice to hear any sort of praise - especially when you wish you'd done better. Good luck with your upcoming run, too!

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog! I love meeting SP people!! After seeing your wonderful ticker...you give me HOPE!!!

I know what you mean about the planks. When I first tried the Level 2, I thought, "I am never going to be able to get through these with all of these planks!" I am doing them after 4 days!!! After 6 c-sections and a hernia surgery...it always hurt to do planks...I guess after all the crunches from Level 1, it prepared me for those planks!
