    I know what you mean about the planks. When I first tried the Level 2, I thought, "I am never going to be able to get through these with all of these planks!" I am doing them after 4 days!!! After 6 c-sections and a hernia surgery...it always hurt to do planks...I guess after all the crunches from Level 1, it prepared me for those planks!
