Making Changes

I'm Angie. 32, single, proud parent of 4 dogs. I'm involved in animal rescue. I currently teach as an adjunct professor and am working on my doctorate degree in Education.

About a year ago, I was laid off of my full time job resulting in me sitting at home and doing very little for a year... which ended up with me gaining another 20 pounds.

I heard a friend speak about not making resolutions to change but making a true change and she mentioned this website... so here I am.

Latest News:
I've been tracking what I eat and have really been shocked by what I've been eating so I'm making small changes at a time and walking more.

emoticon Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.
We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
All we can do is take it one day, one bite, one pound at a time.
