Losing weight through fun

I made it from 296 to 228 riding my bicycle and lifting weights. After a crash, I gained 21 pounds back. Now I am still having fun to lose weight, but I am adding nutrition to push it along.

That is a cool bike in your photos. Is that your normal ride? What kind is it? Also, what would you like from this team, and me as leader?

Have a great New Years weekend! emoticon

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I love the idea of focusing on what weight loss does for me, rather than the number on the scale. I too am a diver, and would love to be the last one who runs out of air on a dive. Great goal! Best of luck to you on reaching your goals! (And yes, Spark needs a scuba diver!)
