I am going to settle my weight problems once and for all!!! I have done it all, eating disorders, exercise, health food, bad food, cigaretts, diet pills, you NAME IT! I need your support!

I am not sure when my issues with food began, but I remember the first time I realized I wasn't a skinny supermodel like all little girls think they are. A friend called me a "walrus" at a pool party, and it went downhill from there. I think I started my first diet that day! I was so hurt, I wanted more than anything to be the thin confident girl I was in my head again. Don't get me wrong, I do NOT think being thin equates to happiness. But I also know my irregular eating habits are bad for me.

I am graduating with my bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology soon. I am an ACSM cetified personal trainer and I lovvve what I do! I am not in awful shape, but my body fatness is too high (32%) for my liking and I have noticed over the years the pounds oh so sloooowwly creeping on. Even at 22 I notice my body changing, and that is ok, but I am going to make small changes and then love my body for whatever gravity does to it :-)


I am secretly very ashamed of myself, I work in the health field and I feel can't get myself totally healthy. I know SO much about exercise and the human body that it baffles me how rebelious of the science I study that I am.

Fitness Minutes: 462

My Goals:
I want to feel thin and healthy, I want to get dressed each day and not worry about how to best cover up my body without looking like I am trying to!

I want to eat smaller portions more often

I want to exercise regularly

I want to wear a bikini and NOT feel uncomfortable


My Program:
I need to track every single calorie..I snack and underestimate what I eat! I am also going to be more active in little ways each day.



Personal Information:
I am from Ohio but I am moving to Florida in less than a month..I'm single for now, thank goodness.


Other Information:
I am an ACSM personal trainer and I will soon have my bachelors degree in exercise physiology..I know weird right.
