My Program:
I am tracking food and sticking within the ranges Spark gives me (thanks!).

Roller derby--3 practices a week. Trying to fit in additional work out and open skates when possible!

Personal Information:
I have been overweight for awhile and wasn't ready to do anything about it until joining derby. It has given me the confidence and motivation to become a better me!
