My new moto ~ Balance is the KEY and everything in moderation. I am going to strive to eat better and to get some fitness each day!! I am doing 3 different challenges! One challenge is a walking one, one is exercise and one is a blance of both exercise and healthy habits!!

I am from Oklahoma! I am a 62!! I more fit and happier since starting Spark!! It seems I loose weight only to gain it back. I am trying to learn to continue the healthy things and forget about the bad!!

I am a dog lover. I have a dog Mr R . I also love cats. I have a cat Lilly. I work in a office. I am married. I have three children and five grandchildren.

Thank you for the Spark Goodie! Weekend is going pretty well so far. We had beautiful weather today, it was sunny and got into the 70's.
