- Take ownership of my health and weight - Do intervals 3x /week - Do ST-cardio workout 2x /week - Do 1 yoga workout /week -Have breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 healthy snacks a day -Don't TRY to do it PERFECT, just DO it (you can do anything for 15 minutes).
