There are several people who live in Warren, Lincoln, and Montgomery Counties. I believe a saw a few from Franklin County as well.

I also live in Warren County. I am the co-leader of the Northeast Missouri team. It is very small, but hoping to grow and become more active.

I try to fit in exercise where ever I get a chance. I have 2 small boys and when I'm not chasing after them, I am in front of the computer. To help work my core muscles, I have replaced my office chair with a stability ball. You don't realize how much you use your abs to keep from rolling off the ball until you've tried this! Just make sure you have the right size ball & it is properly inflated! The diameter of your stability ball should be related to your height. Balls comes in 3 standard sizes: 55 cm (for someone 5'2" to 5'7" tall), 65 cm (5'7" to 6'2" tall) and 75 cm (over 6'2" tall). When sitting on your ball, your feet should rest flat on the floor with a 90-degree bend at the knees.
