Of course, I'd love us to be Spark buddies !!!! I know Montignac really well, and Dukan too, they worked for me when I needed them, so keep to it and you'll see results real fast !!!
I was myself thinking about doing Dukan, but really it is not realistic, with my kids and husband wanting me to cook every day, so it will be slowly but surely instead, with less carbs, more proteins and running ;-)) (thank god I have no deadline, so it will just "take the time that it will take", as we say in french !)
