Hey Sandi! Great to "see" you back in PDP-land!! I'm glad you are enthused about the new challenge and have adopted a new motto :) Don't be too hard on yourself this time around... we all have set backs and bad days, but the key is to just keep coming back and trying to get back on track. Sounds like you do great with the water, so build on that. Make sure you celebrate that every day and then try to build on the other things that you need to do: tracking cals, exercise, etc.
You've had great success in the past, I know you can do it again, and make it last longer!
