I'm looking to gain confidence and feel better.
I am going to challenge myself to be able to do a set of 15 push-ups as my new fitness goal.
Since right now I can barely do a plank position for 30 seconds this will be an excellent goal to build strength in my arms and shoulders. I am starting this week to work towards my goal.

I can hold a plank position for 30 seconds now and my arms and shoulders seem stronger. I can do 2 sets of incline push-ups and can do push-ups ...

My other new goal is to work up to 30 minutes of cardio consistently every day.
