I wasn't always this size...

It's true of the title. I didn't always have a problem with weight and health issues. Really active in high school with the tennis team and just being active in college. But after real life hits you, marriage, job and working on a masters, it has a toll on your weight and health. I am 23 and suffer from what I thought was an "old person" condition called High Blood Pressure. To prevent myself of a stroke at age 30 and also not having to take a BP pill for the rest of my life, I decided to try ...

But after real life hits you, marriage, job and working on a masters, it has a toll on your weight and health. I am 23 and suffer from what I thought was an "old person" condition called High Blood Pressure. To prevent myself of a stroke at age 30 and also not having to take a BP pill for the rest of my life, I decided to try and see if I could get myself down to the weight I was when I started college. If I can't loose that much (25 pounds), then that's fine, at least I will loose some weight and get healthy again!

My Goals:
The Ultimate Goal: To be at the weight of 145 lbs. And to be in normal blood pressure range.

My Program:
I currently am "counting points" with the WeightWatchers systems so I will not be tracking it on here to avoid double duty if you will.

However, my fitness activities I will track. I have a goal of exercising 30 minutes a day, every day of the week with a max of 2 days where I do not exercise. And in each exercise session, I want to challenge myself in some way where it is burning those 50 extra cals or drinking that whole bottle of water after a workout.

I just wanted to wish you good luck with you goals. All you have to do is believe in yourself and things will start to happen! Get support from Spark Teams because people can give you great ideas. I recently started a group called Art & Craft Ideas... so please feel free to join if you have an interest!
