Back to being strong and healthy!

2012 is the year! I am determined to spend the rest of my twenties feeling healthy and happy rather than feeling overweight and uncomfortable.

I am going to be focusing on spinning, jogging, skipping, pilates and yoga as my main types of exercise! I actually love all of these things.

I am 26, 5'6 and soon to be 146 lbs!

It may sound superficial at first, but I have a mountain of clothes that don't fit any more, I can't wait for when I put these clothes on ...

I think they are a symbol in a way, when these clothes fit again it will mean that I am healthy and strong and that I have accomplished my goals.

My Goals:
My Goals are pretty simple, I want to feel healthy and be confident and happy with how I look. I waste a lot of energy on figuring out what to wear because nothing seems to fit! I want to be able to throw on a pair of shorts or a bikini and not even give it a second thought!

Other Goals!

5k with a time of 28 mins

Be a comfortable size 6-8

Reach a "normal" BMIóMy goal is 22!

Run a 10k

Do a handstand!

My Program:
I eat mostly fresh foods, staying away from all the processed stuff. A good rule for me is being able to pronounce the ingredient list. If I can't pronounce it who knows what it is.

Spinning 2x a week

Skipping 2x a week

Running 3x a week

Yoga or Pilates 1x a week

The arm portion of Tracy Anderson's video 5x week

Sorry only just been online and seen your comment. Im hoping to lose at least 14 lbs by summer hopefully a bit more but Im trying to be realistic at the moment or Im worried it will seem unattainable and Ill lose interest! How about you?
