I am marrying the man of my dreams on June 26, 2010. I want to look absolutely stunning as I walk down the aisle in my Oleg Cassini princess dress.
I am working out with a trainer 3x a week, and he kicks my @$$ every time. I live in a permanent state of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness- and I love it! I also run on off days, and do some hot yoga for balance.
I don't think my stress is because of calorie restriction because I eat a fair amount (1800-2200 calories per day). I think its a coping mechanism for dealing with my stress but in the end it makes me feel like crap. How did you deal with academic stress?
