Getting Back on Track with my GOALS! :)

Hello world! I am starting my fitness program to lose 50-60 ibs by 2013! I am very excited and also a little nervous about loosing so much weight but I want to be healthy :). I know that if I lost the weight I would feel happier about who I am, be a better wife, and a more capable singer (breath control is so important). I also wouldn't mind looking stunning in a new gown ;) I will stick to my goals with the tools given to me here and through the encouragement of my friends and family.

Thanks for replying...i hope u have a great day full of energy and love....maybe you can take a long walk today...and have some me time...i love taking walks it not only burns calories but relaxes you...i weighed my self today and i have only lost 1 pound but one is better than nothing...keep you head up... emoticon
