My Goals:
Right now my goals are of course weight loss, but I also just want to learn how to live a healthy life.

My Program:
Right now my husband and I are exploring new recipes, learning how to eat better. We are slowly adding healthier foods to replace the unhealthy choices we've been making, but it's not an official "diet." In addition to that, we're just learning to be more active!

Other Information:
I am a consummate nerd and musician who loves laughing and will take a jibe at someone else just as soon as I'll take it from someone else. Also...coffee.
