Thanks for your comments on my blog, i really appreciate it, someone also said to look towards a farmstands, not much where i live, but it may be worth seeing how far out i have to drive for it. the Walmarts in NYC or Long Island don'tt have the supermarkets, they have only 4 aisles that cover that area, i wish they did. the other stores you mention don't exist here. my husband and i have been looking for 6 months now for part time jobs, people are geting laid off wherever you turn, stores are closing, we are finding out that owners of small stores are laying their employees off and working 70-80 hours a week. I wish it was that easy, i did buy frozen veggies, that helps now, but when not on sale it does add up. Living in NY with the increase in rents, food, gas, cars is unbeleivable and we cannot afford to move south with the bills we curently have. sorry this was long, i jjust had to vent to someone

Well, every family has had rough patches, and as long as there's a lesson in it, then I think it's worth having the experience.

I love cooking Indian food. It's so comforting, warm and spicy. I like a lot of the recipes on this blog:
