Hello! I live in Southern Wisconsin with my husband Ian and my dog, Toast. I enjoy movies, tv, and reading. Unfortunately I have never really been one for exercise. Hello! I live in Southern Wisconsin with my husband Ian and my dog, Toast. I enjoy movies, tv, and reading. Unfortunately I have never really been one for exercise. I think that people who enjoy running probably have lots of issues. I have always been pretty heavy, but have been comfortable with it most of the time. But now, as the years go by I feel like that comfort thing has just been an excuse not to do anything about it. So now, finally, I am really going to. I go on a diet about once every other year. About 2 years ago I joined Curves in my area. I lost 30 pounds, in less than 3 months, and then stopped going because I was too "busy", which is a lie, I even knew it then. I kept off that weight for a little while, but now I am pretty close to where I started again. This time I AM going to get rid of all of this extra weight for good!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 lbs in 1 year. Which means that I have to stick, stick stick with what I am doing!!
So Far: 43lbs down 57 more to go...for now! = )

Can't beleive that I only have 28 lbs left to lose before I have lost 100 lbs! Pretty incredible!

My Program:
In order to meet reach my goal I am going to exercise daily. My husband has agreed to walk with me for 30 minutes everynight. I have also ordered the fitness starter kit from Sparkpeople.com. I beleive that as long as I am tracking my stuff daily and excercising daily that this should be a piece of cake....I mean whole wheat toast!! =)

welcome to spark and done girls...... you are in the right place for support.... it's endless..... on the excercise thing.... I recommend doing something simple to start and not spend $$$ on classes or programs. Go to the library and get a couple dvds that are for beginners... try Leslie Sansone or Prevention Fitness Systems.... very easy... can break down easily into small chunks of work outs...You can do this!! emoticon
