Back On Track

Two years ago I started my journey. I was 190 lbs. and knew it was time to get in shape. I joined a gym and eventually started a low carb diet. I lost 30lbs., but needed some time off from my strict regimen before trying to reach my goal weight of 135lbs. I put on a few pounds during my break, but now I'm ready to get back on track and finally meet my goals.

My Goals:
1. Lose 35lbs.
2. Add regular exercise into my routine.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
4. Be more active.
5. Maintain it all once I have reached my goals.

My Program:
1. Using SP to track my calorie intake.
2. Cardio 3x a week
3. Strength training 3x a week.
4. Stretching or yoga for 10 minutes a day.
