Hello! I am Elizabeth. I am a vegetarian and I am trying to use this to track the health of my diet. Actually, I am trying to gain weight. a lot of weight. At least 10 more pounds. I've already gained about 6! I drink 3 BOOST supplements a day along with a diet of (MOSTLY) healthy, whole grain, vegetarian, and YUMMY foods. oh, and lots and lots of dessert. I am also trying to gain muscle tone, but this is kind of difficult for me!

I am trying to work more excercise--both cardio and strength--into my day. Also, with my diet: less unhealthy and saturated-fat-saturated foods, more natural goodness!

thanks for the comment on my page. hmmm i don't eat a lot of fish but sometimes i like a grilled trout or a sea food salad...i've been eating 100% vegetarian for the past days though

Welcome to Spark:) I'm a semi-vegetarian and want to lose some more weight . Not much. Anyway, I'm trying to eat a lot of veggies and fruits and not eat too much cheese or fish...but oh well, I can't give up fish yet. So i'm sticking to semi-vegetarian but i have a lot of days when i eat 100% vegetarian :)

I'm not planning on losing any more weight either, I'd like to stay where I am now. I checked out the vegetarian team, but I haven't joined. Since I still eat fish and seafood I feel I wouldn't fit in. Well, I'll see you on the message boards, though!

Hey, thanks for the comment! As a bulimic (and anorexic) I find it better to be fully vegan since it limits what I have to binge on, esp. Ice cream (I am not paying the high price for the soy kind!). It's all preference and what works for each person. As long as you can be healthy and happy, that is all that matters. I admire you for wanting to gain weight and be healthier! Keep it up!!
