Making Myself Shine
I lost 13 pounds from March 2011 to July 2011. Then, between July 2011 and August 2012, I lost another 20 pounds with the help of SparkPeople! After I reached my target of having a "healthy" BMI, I decided to keep going (and I reset my ticker). My current plan is to lose about 15 more pounds...or until I look like I'm done. I lost those first 33 pounds after finally learning to keep it simple: no excuses, no complications, just good old-fashioned work. I plan to ...

My Program:
Clean eating at about 1500-1800 calories/day with my current workout schedule. Early Summer workout schedule (give or take): Yoga - 60 min/week TRX - 120 min/week Circuit training - 30 min/week Zumba - 240 min/week Other dance - 120+ min/week Running - maybe once a month
Personal Information:
I totally gave up on myself and let everything go - I let myself get so beaten down and discouraged that I lost all faith in myself. It wasn't easy to take back control of my life, but it has been the best struggle I've ever had. Now I wake up happy and thankful every day.
Other Information:
All I can tell you to do is just to keep going...as long as you don't stop, you will get there!
