Well Elizabeth, we have a problem. I don't track my food, for one thing, I know that is not good, and I don't have a smart phone, and to take a pic everyday has to be sent thru emails and takes a lot of time. So I think we better back up and maybe start with tracking food. I don't track here cause it takes to long, and my computer is old and some days it just plain revolts. I know these sounds like accuses but mostly they are true, I am an Iowa farm wife, 74 years old, have asthma, and have one arm that has a frozen shoulder, and I never know from moment to moment what I will be doing. So let just start off small. So I will write down my food, and let you know tomorrow, that today I will accountable for. Okay!!!! Let's start small.

I just might have to keep you in mind, about being my drill sergeant. There really is nothing here that makes us accountable. I am a competitive person, and I need to have something at the end of the race, I don't do doing it just for me, I have to have a purpose. I'm I making any sense at all. Example: At TOPS once we had a contest for a home made afghan, we all had to furnish a skien of yarn and for every pound lost you got a row, and when it got to a certain length the winner was the one that had the most rows. And you can bet your booty that I worked hard to get that afghan, and I still have it. That is what I mean about accountability.
