Voting ended last night. The results are in and I made it to the next round! But next week there will be another opportunity to vote! Thank you though!

Do you know halo or hand hooping? A class I took the girl said to practice hooping on one finger and you have no clue how that has helped me! And my biggest thing is just to roll with any flaws like I meant to do it. Act like it didn't happen. The hoop falling? Yeah, I meant to do that. See me saunter over there like I didn't do it. Yeahhhh, I'm cool. Of course it usually doesn't look as cool as I feel but it helps with keeping it all going.

Hello. You left a comment on my page a while ago about being dizzy a lot like me. I figured out that mine is due to artificial sweetener. It's in a lot of food I was unaware of. I just thought I'd let you know in case you may have the same cause as me. I hope you're well today emoticon

Hiya, saw your comment on the sparkblogs - Negate what you ate - Nachos, and just wanted to say I totally agree with you. It would have been good to see the calorie count of that heaping pile of nachos and, yeah I loooove cheese on my nachos but there's no way I'd put 2 cups worth on either. Anyway, have a great evening/day (it's Tuesday afternoon for me in New Zealand) emoticon

Hi Elisela2011 -- Thanks for the swing by and comment on my blog (rethinking oatmeal). The steel cut oats get cooked up every other day or every third day -- depends on whether Dad is helping me tackle the gruel or I'm on my own. Soy and Rice milks are working just fine -- plain is my flavor of choice. Hoping all is good with you. Shirl
