    Hiya, saw your comment on the sparkblogs - Negate what you ate - Nachos, and just wanted to say I totally agree with you. It would have been good to see the calorie count of that heaping pile of nachos and, yeah I loooove cheese on my nachos but there's no way I'd put 2 cups worth on either.     Hi Elisela2011 -- Thanks for the swing by and comment on my blog (rethinking oatmeal). The steel cut oats get cooked up every other day or every third day -- depends on whether Dad is helping me tackle the gruel or I'm on my own. Soy and Rice milks are working just fine -- plain is my flavor of choice. Hoping all is good with you. Shirl

    Your year end goals are great, Elise. Go for it. Losing 30 pounds this year is a great achievement. I know...that's what I've lost, too. Next year, I'll lose another 30. Baby steps...slower than we want but faster than what we've done before.
