I'm wrestling with 10 new "over 40" pounds. I've never been heavy, but want to resist the pull of gravity! My plan is to avoid temptation, make sure every bite has nutritional value, and keep moving!

UPDATE: Took me long enough update, probably because I was in denial...Spark People helped me lose the 10 pounds (between March and June 2009), but I put most of it back on over the summer. I just didn't take the time to log every bite honestly, and I kept "sneaking" little cheats ...

I've been logging fairly regularly since September, and have at least halted the weight gain. Now I just have to lose it again! I did it once and it wasn't too hard, so... HERE I GO AGAIN!

I'm BAAAAAACCCKKKK. and at an all-time high. Not a big Woohoo from me! I needed to revisit how I lost the weight initially, and do it all over again. 10 pounds. That's all. No big deal, no excuses!

My Program:
I need to avoid having tempting foods in the house, which is tough with 3 teenage boys and a husband who loves sweets. I love to cook and bake, and have a hard time resisting!

I think I have an F4 monitor. Yesterday, it worked wonderfully on my run out in the country, so I'm thinking it must have more to do with those powerlines. I never have an issue with it indoors. Just kind of a bummer that I couldn't interpret all that great data I was collecting!

Hi! Thanks for the comment on the pic. I'm actually cheating 'cause I'm wearing 2" heels. The twins are about my height (actually a smidgeon taller) so I really am the shortest. Guess I knew that was coming!
