Wantin' to SPARKLE!

I found SP while looking for a calorie counter online. I couldn't believe this site was free!! I spent DAYS on it, learning and relearning everything I could. I immediately changed my lifestyle. It was intense. It was exhausting. However, I quickly saw results. SP is the BEST!

My Goals:
Other than lose the darn weight, I also want to be stronger and healthier.

I'm tracking my food, eating healthier, taking my supplements.

I am also doing the cardio and the strength training.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Oregon. Have been living 18 years in California. Am married to a wonderful guy for 18 years also. Have had a weight problem since third grade. FINALLY, figured out why.

Other Information:
I've been a Christian for a very long time.

I live a rather quiet life. Rather sedentary (which thanks to SP, is changing, for the better.)

Love watching movies with dancing in them. Wish I could have been a dancer.

I also am an avid reader.

I don't know. These baby steps at the moment look like mountains. The problem is: I've implemented small portions, veggies, water, full grain, no sugar drinks but it seems that as soon as one of this is implemented my body needs less calories!

I have not been working out lately. So may be the steps need to begin there.

But thanks so much for being around still. I just can't see how SP would be without some of my old friends. A great Monday to you!

Looks like it's changed some and then so have you...
New pic that's cool. And only 20 pounds to go, good for you.. :)

Has the team lost a few members or has it grown.....none the less it looks great.
