I've been a SparkPeople member since 2007 and have lost about 20lbs since beginning my journey. For years now I have maintained anywhere from 136-142lbs and have been mostly satisfied. Lately, however, I find myself wanting to re-commit to a healthy lifestyle. It's not so much about losing pounds this time around, but toning up and eating clean. I know my body is capable of more and I'm ready to get back on track!
My current goal is to get down 128-130lbs, tone up, and eat clean.
I try to focus on eating unprocessed foods. Lots of good protein, low fat, working on lowering my carb intake. Workout 4-5 days per week with a focus on strength training.
I'm a pretty easy-going girl. I love to meet new people and have a good time.
I am currently a behavioral interventionist working with children with developmental disabilities, I love what I do!
My husband is in the Army and I have so much love and respect for our troops for everything they do!
I have a lot of goals for myself, but I try to take everything one step at a time.
Some of my favorite things are being with friends and family, going to the beach, shopping, travel, working out, sunsets, pier fries, swimming, dolphins, sunshine, relaxing on Sebago Lake, Boston, summer, music, dancing, laughing, movies, animals, love and life.

Hey there. I just logged on after a long break too lol. I'm going to be starting a new program soon called T25. Really excited. I've been too busy to really focus on exercise and clean eating.

I'm going to order ChaLean soon. I really want to tone you and while Insanity is good cardio I'm not getting the results I want. I think I just need something different for a while.

I would love to do ChaLEAN with you, but I haven't ordered it yet. I was hoping to this week, but hubby is taking a layoff to deal with stuff from his mom passing. It's good for him to get time off to get things figured out, but unfortunately layoff doesn't pay well. So I have to wait to order it for a few more weeks. Such is life I guess. How are workouts going for you?
