I am a classical singer living in Chicago. I wanted to lose about 135lbs. I have adjusted my goals. I would like to have a body fat percentage of less than 25. I currently have a body fat percentage of about 33. I'm done concerning myself with the number on the scale. BMI is a load of crap when it comes to my body.

Short term goal: 200lbs by July 4th, 2010 Achieved.

Long term goal: body fat under 25%. No time limit, but it would be nice if it could happen by the end of 2011.

MAINTAIN PERMANENTLY!

My Program:
Cardio exercise 3-4x/week
Strength training 2x/week

1300-1600 calories daily

Personal Information:
Grew up in the midwest. Went to school in Minnesota and then Chicago. Currently live in Chicago. Have traveled extensively. I have been to over 20 countries on 4 continents.

Other Information:
I have lost over 50lbs since December 1, 2009. I have run my first half-marathon, and I have learned to enjoy working out. Mostly.

Hey beautiful - I'm doing okay. Gearing up for our trip to SF this Wednesday-Sunday... Luckily there's a 24-hour gym at the hotel I'm staying at, and a Trader Joe's about 2 blocks away, so my eating should be fine.

I'm also experimenting with the calories I'm intaking... So far, so good.
