Elisabeth's Goals for for 2014

I do social media, graphics and website maintenance for a living, and I also do some free-lance graphic design. I have fierce illustration skills and love everything about FONTS! I have a grown, married son and am involved in church leadership. I love music, singing in choirs and sewing.

I am 56 years old. For many years, I was 100 pounds over weight, but now, after loosing 44 pounds since September 2013, I can now say I have 80 pounds to go!

My 2014 goals are to continue the weight loss, reducing my high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I will be visiting the doctor this year and when I get my blood work, I want my cholesterol to be around 220 and my blood pressure to be 120/74. I have my work cut out forme in 2014, but I can do it!

My goals:
-To get up 15 mins early to pray every am
-Loose 100 lbs
-Reduce Cholesterol
-Reduce BP
-Get surgery on my left shoulder
-Get shots for my macular degeneration-right eye

My Program:
-Pray every morning
-Walk 3x's/week
-Jazzercise on Saturdays
-Pay attention to what I eat - with the Sparks Nutrition mgmt tools
-Drink about 10 glasses of water per day
-update my graphic arts skills and develop my free lance work
-Start up crocheting again

Personal Information:
I live in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia with my mom. My son got married last year and moved to Utah. I am the Admin Asst for Congregations and database mgr at the Presbytery of Philadlephia - still do some free-lance graphics, but not too much time

Other Information:
I am very active in my church and work on a volunteer basis for two different ministries - one local and one international. I am very creative, love to draw, listen tio music and love to sew and crochet.
